Tokyo Station
Hato Bus stand at Tokyo Station is the main departure point most of the tours guided in Japanese and also the departure point of the Open Top Sightseeing bus.
The stand is easily accesible from the JR Tokyo station Marunouchi South exit or from Keiyo underground Marunouchi exit.

Hato Bus stop No. 2 is the main departure point.
It is easily accesible from East Exit of JR Shinjuku station.

Haneda Airport Garden
The Keikyu "Haneda Airport Terminal 3" Station and Tokyo Monorail "Haneda Airport Terminal 3" Station are directly connected to the Haneda Airport Garden entrance from the 2nd floor arrival lobby, about a 5 minute walk.
From the Terminal 3 arrival lobby on the 2nd floor, take the connecting passage to Haneda Airport Garden. Then, take the escalator down to the 1st floor. Walk past the restaurant area on your left, and you will find the bus terminal.
