Q1. When and from where does the tour depart?
The English or Chinese tours departing in the morning (9:00 and 9:20) depart from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.
The afternoon tours (13:40, 13:50, 14:00) depart from Tokyo Station Marunouchi Exit, Hato Bus stand No.7.
Some special tours might also depart from Bus stop No.2 near Shinjuku Station East Exit.

Q2. How can I make a reservation? Till when do I need to make a reservation?
You can choose your favourite tour and make a reservation on this website. You can also call our reservation center between 9:00~18:30 at 03-3435-6081 for English or at 03-3435-1200 for Chinese (howerver the Chinese speaking staff might not be always present).
It is also possible to come directly to our counter and make the reservation or purchase directly on our counter a Hamamatsucho or Tokyo Hato Bus counter.
Q3. How can I pay?
The payment by a credit card is required for the reservation on this website.
In case of the telephone reservation, you can pay on the very day at the Hamamatsucho Hato Bus Counter before boarding the tour bus. Cash and credit cards are accepted for the payment.
(However, if the are more then 10 participants in the group, credit card settlement or bank transfer payment in advance is necessary.)
Q4. I'm not sure whether I can get to the departure point from where I'm staying...
For the morning tours departing from Hamamatsucho, you can use a free pick-up service from major hotels in Tokyo, Tokyo station and Shinjuku station east exit, however the reservation is required.

*No drop-off service to the hotels is available after the tours.
Q5. I cannot speak Japanese. Can I still enjoy the tour?
We operate our tours in English, Chinese and Japanese. Our guides hold the national guide licence and they can always speak the language of the tour. You can be assured to enjoy your tour without worrying about any language barrier.
Some tours are also provided by special audio system for another languages if you are not confident about your English.
Q6. I'm a vegetarian. Can I have a vegetarian menu?
Mostly you can. Some of our tour restaurants have the vegetarian option at the standar manu and some restaurants need to be informed before hand. Please let us know when you make the reservation. In any case, before the tour departure, you will be asked by your tour guide about your meal choice but also alergies and other food limits.

Q7. Can we leave the tour before the end?
You can leave the tour at any time when you are off the bus, but please do tell your guide when you decide not to continue!
Be advice though, even if you leave in the middle of the tour, there will be no refund for the part you didn't joined.
Q8. Where does the tour finish?
Please check the details of your tour to know the exact place. In general, the Tokyo city tours finish at Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit or Hamamatsucho (usually both options are possible).
The tours going out of Tokyo finish at Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit or Shinjuku East Exit.
The actual place at the arrival location might change due to traffic condition (not bus stop No. 7 but No.3 etc).
