Please book through our website using a credit card. Reservations can be made up to one hour before departure. If you encounter any errors, please contact us for assistance.

For Tokyo city tours, you can also pay with cash or a credit card at the Hato Bus reception counter at Tokyo Station on the day of departure before boarding. However, for reservations of 10 or more people, we ask for advance credit card payment.

Large luggage such as suitcases and strollers can be loaded into the bus trunk. Please inform the bus crew on the day of travel, and make sure to keep your valuables with you.

The return time may vary due to road congestion or other factors, and may differ from the times listed on our website.

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email (reserve@hatobus.co.jp)
In your email, be sure to include your reservation number, the name under which the reservation was made.
Once we receive your email, we will process your cancellation request and you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Infants can ride the bus with you. Children aged 0-5 can travel for free, but no seats or meals are provided. Each adult can bring one infant for free. Please hold infants on your lap during the journey. If you wish to reserve a seat for a child aged 0-5, please book at the child's fare.

You can leave the tour at any of the designated drop-off points (tourist spots, entrance spots, meal locations) specified in the course details. Please inform the tour guide when you do so. Note that no refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the course. You cannot leave the tour at points that are not designated drop-off spots, even if the course passes through them. Additionally, please note that the tour route may change.

If you need a receipt, please contact us by email (reserve@hatobus.co.jp)
and provide the name for the receipt. We usually send receipts by email after departure confirmation. If you need the receipt before departure, please consult us by email.

All courses have reserved seating. Seating is not determined on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour. Please use the same seat from the start to the end of the tour. For courses operated by open-top buses, all customers will be assigned seats on the second floor to enjoy the view.
※We do not accept seat reservations from customers.
※If you book with an odd number of participants, there may be a possibility of sharing a seat with other customers.

Our tours are open to individuals who can climb a few steps at the entrance of the bus. If you require assistance, please ensure that a companion is available to help you with the steps.

During the tour, we can store your wheelchair in the bus trunk, and our driver will assist with retrieving it at each stop.

in advance, we can arrange for seats near the front of the bus.

 

For Wheelchair Users Wishing to Join the Mt. Fuji & Arakura Sengen Shrine Tour

At Arakura Sengen Shrine, there are 398 steep steps to reach the viewpoint. If you choose not to climb the stairs, please note that you will not be able to wait inside the bus, as the bus will move to a different location for parking. Therefore, you will need to disembark from the bus and enjoy the sightseeing around Arakura Sengen Shrine.

If these conditions are acceptable, we would be delighted to have you join the tour.

Courses operated by open-top buses will be canceled in case of heavy rain. We will notify you as soon as the decision is made. All other courses will operate even in the rain, but may be canceled in the case of severe weather such as typhoons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as the decision is made.
