Q1. When and where does the tour depart?
The English or Chinese tours departing in the morning (9:00AM and 9:20AM) depart from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.
The afternoon tours (13:40, 13:50, 14:00) depart from Tokyo Station Marunouchi Exit, Hato Bus stand N.7.
Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal is located at the world trade center building annex 1st floor (ground floor), which is directly connected to the Hamamatsucho station (JR Yamanote-line, Keihintohoku-line) south exit.
It is 5 minutes walk from Daimon subway station.
The Hato Bus stand N.7 at the Tokyo Station is is on the left side of Marunouchi Exit alongside the building. For more details, please check the information of your tour. For the departure points details check here.
Q2. How can I make a reservation? Till when do I need to make a reservation?
You can make a reservation from this website. If the tour day or time is close by, call our reservation center 03-3435-6081 (9:00 - 18:30). For Chinese language, call 03-3435-1200 (9:00 - 18:30). (Chinese speaking staff could not always be present.)
Booking the tour on the very day could be available only when there are seats left in the bus.
Q3. How can I pay?
The payment by a credit card is required for reservation on this website.
In case of the telephone reservation, you can pay on the very day at the Hato Bus Counter at Hamamatsucho before boarding the tour bus.
(However, if the are more then 10 participants in the group, credit card settlement or bank transfer payment in advance is necessary.)
For payment, cash and credit cards are available. Of course you can also buy and get your boarding pass at each HATO BUS sales office.
Q4. I'm not sure whether I can get to the departure point from where I'm staying...
There is a free pick-up service from major hotels in Tokyo, Tokyo station, Shinjuku station east exit (only for morning tours). Reservation is required.

*No drop-off service to the hotels is available after the tours.
Q5. I don't know Japanese. Can I still enjoy the tour?
We operate our tours in English or Chinese. Our interpreter-guides have the National qualifications and of course they can speak language of the tour. You can enjoy your tour without worrying about any language barrier.
Q6. I'm a vegetarian. Can I have a vegetarian menu?
Yes, you can. Please let us know when you make the reservation. In any case, the tour guide will ask you about your meal choice, alergies and other limits, before the tour departure.
(Restaurants and the meal selection differ from each course)
Q7. Can we leave the tour before the end?
You can leave the tour at any time when you are off the bus, but please do tell the guide when you decide not to continue. Even if you leave in the middle of the tour, the full payment of the tour would be charged. There will be no refunds for the part you didn't joined.
Q8. Where does the tour ends?
The tours going around the Tokyo city departing from Hamamatsucho bus terminal and the tours going to Mt. Fuji guided in English finish at Hamamatsucho bus terminal or near Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit. (Cityrama Morning tour finishes at Yurakucho.)
The place of the bus stop can change due to traffic condition.
Tours going to Mt. Fuji or Hakone guided in Chinese departing from Hamamatsucho bus terminal will go through Shinjuku Station West Exit before ending at Tokyo Station. For these tours, leaving at Shinjuku Station is available. (Changes may happen due to traffic condition)
