This is the guide for the person who has a disability. For those who require special attentions in the process of travelling, please state the requirement needed specifically when you are making the reservation.
For passengers with walking difficulties
There are some steps inside the bus. Please participate with a companion. For safety reasons, Please note that the crew members and the tour guide could not assist in helping the passengers get on and off the bus. Due to the seat number will be assigned randomly, Passenger will be unable to chose the seat.
Wheelchairs will be kept in the bus trunk during the tour.
For passenger with poor eyesight
Please contact to our reservation center.
For passenger with hearing and speaking disabilities
Please inform us about this condition when making the reservation. Moreover, please inform the tour guide regarding the condition of the passenger.
For customer who need other special attentions
Please inform us in advance about the required neccesary special attentions.
