Credit card signless payment will be settled on the same day and will be processed at the time of booking.

• ※2) If you book by telephone, you need to pay 14 days before departure date.
• In case your departure date is within 14 days, you need to pay within 3 days of reservation but one day before departure.

If you want to change your travel date or cancel your reservation, please call Hato Bus reservation center or contact any of Hato Bus sales office.

The cancellation charge may be applied.

If you finished the payment, the following rule will apply as refund charge.

2 days before departure : 100 yen per seat.

One day before departure and departure date : 200 yen per seat.

In case the payment is not done, refund charge and cancellation charge will not aply.

This tour is subject to cancellation charge.

For one day tour, cancellation charge will apply from 10 days before tour departure date.

For overnight tours, cancellation charge will apply from 20 days before departure date.

Cancellation Rates

Customers paying by credit card will receive a refund from the credit card company you used.
Depending on the deadline and processing date of the credit card company, the charges may be withdrawn after the cancellation procedure. In addition, refund may be after the next month of procedure. For the actual refund date, please contact the credit card company directly for personal information.
