The tour will visit popular sightseeing spots in Yokosuka such as Yokosuka Military Port Tour, Mikasa park and so on. Also, we visit Buddha in Kamakura city which is next to Yokosuka city. After the tour, please answer simple questionare about Yokosuka sightseeing.

Itinerary

You will be surprised at the size of Buddha. It's one of the most famous statues in Japan. Also, we will visit Hase Kannon.

Kamakura Buddha

The French-style park named after French engineer Verny who contributed to the construction of the Yokosuka Iron Works. It commands the fine view of the Yokosuka Port.

Located on the 19th floor of the hotel Mercure Yokosuka, the restaurant offers diners stunning views of Yokosuka Bay. *Vegetalian option is available.

Mercure Yokosuka

About 50-minute cruise to tour around the Yokosuka Ports where the Maritime SDF Base and the U.S. Navy Base are neighboring each other. You can see firsthand on board various Japanese and American ships and base facilities.

Yokosuka Military Port Tour

The Mikasa has been preserved in the park as one of the world’s three great commemorative ships which played an outstanding role as the flagships of the Combined Fleet were held.

*Minimum participants required:20 person.The operation of the tour will be determined 7 days in advance.
*Reservation accepted by March 1st.
*Drop-off service after the end of the tour is not available.
*Please be sure to bring warm clothing with you.
*The route may subject to change due to road conditions, traffic conditions, wheter conditions.
*This tour is a monitor tour, supported by Yokosuka City Tourism Association, for foreigner. After the tour, you will answer simple questionare.
*The lunch for vegetalian menu needs to be reserved when you meke a reservation of this tour. ※we can not prepare on the day.
*Depending on the weather condition, the cruise might be canceled.
