Pick-up Services
All tours depart from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. You can also use free pick-up service at following hotels and designated places with advance reservations.
*We do not have pick-up services for the night tours.
| 1. | Reservations must be made by 4 p.m. the day before to request hotel pick-up services in the morning (except hotels with a ■ mark) |
| 2. | Reservations for pick-up services in the afternoon will be accepted until 1 hour before departure time. |
| 3. | Hotels with a ■ mark provide shuttle bus service between the hotel and Hamamatsucho station. Please confirm the bus schedule at the front desk. |
| 4. | Actual departure times are shown. Please be at pick up place 10 minutes before pick up time. |
| 5. | Times are subject to change with or without notice. |
| 6. | JR trains, subways, buses and taxis may be used for pick up and drop off services. |
| 7. | Passengers directly checking in at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal are request to show up 20 minutes prior to the departure time. |
| 8. | At New Sanno in Tokyo, pick up services are available only for guest of the hotel only. |
| 9. | Participants staying at Grand Prince Takanawa and The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo can use pick up service from the Grand Prince New Takanawa. |
